Meeting number #3 is tomorrow and we are expecting great things to come

We know that as winter approaches we will have problems with weather and vacations.   We have seen a nice increase in our attendance on our first few meetings and we hope to see this continue.  The best way for this to continue is for everyone to bring friends to each meeting. 

Remember our meetings are on the first and third Saturdays of each month at 9:30 AM at Brown Corners Church in Clare.

We are officially up and running...

 Well we had our first meeting and it was a joy.  I can see a great future for us all and many friendships building.  Our meetings are going to take place on the first and third Saturdays of each month and we have moved our time to 9:30 AM.  All meetings will be at Brown Corners Church in Clare.  Please join us if you have Fibro or know someone who does.

Our FIRST meeting.. finally

We have finally scheduled our first meeting..  YEAH!!!!!  We are meeting on November 5th, Saturday, at 9 AM.  We are looking at meeting on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month at 9 AM, so you have the rest of Saturday to be with your family or run errands.  I know a lot of people do NOT like to drive in the dark, especially in the winter.  Also if you are working I know from experience how exhausted you can be after a full day.  If you have any questions please drop me a line...

Temperature or Humidity???

 So let's get to the nuts and bolts of what we think causes our pain?  have you ever connected a flare to a weather change?  Do you feel better in the less humid winter?  Or does the cold send you to  new place in the war against aches and pains?  I for one, am thoroughly convinced that the weather plays a major factor in pain thresholds.  I am sure to tighten up and trigger a headache if I am in the cold for tooo long.  I have lived in Florida and Michigan since I was DX'ed and I feel worse in a climate that has radical temperature changes..  Just my 2 cents, how about you?  Do you feel there is a connection?

We have the most beautiful array of colors right now, after many years in Florida I truly appreciate Autumn and the seasonal beauty.   It truly is my favorite season next to Christmas.  What is your favorite season and why??

Need help advertising the group to our local community
